When thinking about it, it only makes sense that cemeteries would be haunted with the ghosts of the dead which are interred there. Their ghostly shadows wandering through the night searching and searching only to retreat back to their dark somber tombs with sunrise.
Whether ghost, vampire, werewolf, mummy or zombie, they all cry out at night! The howls, rustling of leaves and chains, screams and cries fill the air and send chills up spines of anyone who happens to be present to witness it.

One of the most infamous of all haunted cemeteries has to be the Highgate Cemetery found in London, England. It is here that Karl Marx is buried. But it is also here that the King of all Vampires was laid to rest. Yet rest is something he hasn't found. He has wandered the cemetery, claimed victims, and caused destruction and chaos ever since he was entombed there. Stories abound concerning both the King of the Vampires and the lady in white who wanders in search of him at Highgate!
